Made of sky blue 20 oz. wool. It is trimmed in 3/8" wide white wool flat braid. There are 12 small union eagle buttons down the front (Waterbury), 2 on each cuff, 2 on each side of the collar, and 1 one each shoulder epaulette. It does not have the pillows on the back.
