Made of navy blue 20 oz. wool. There are 12 small union eagle buttons down the front, 2 on each cuff, and 1 on each side of the collar (volunteer units had one line on the collar). It is trimmed in 3/8" wide yellow/gold wool flat braid. On the back are the 'pillows'. Note: Chevrons do NOT come with the jacket (unless ordered)
