English Mess Tin

It is a 3 piece set. Overall it measures 7" long, 5" tall, and 4 1/4" wide at the largest point. The bottom piece has a bail; the inner 'pot' nests inside the bottom and also has a wire that flips up; the top has a handle that flips out and this piece can easily be used as a frying pan. A picture of this is shown in the "Echos of Glory - Arms and Equipment of the Confederacy" book.
