Made of sky blue 20 oz. wool. It is trimmed in 3/8" wide yellow wool flat braid. There are 2 waistline pockets (vest style). There are 9 small union eagle buttons on the front, one on each cuff, two on each side of the collar, and a single button on the shoulder epaulettes.
